Introduction to FFU fan group control system
FFU Group Control System Control Functions
· KC----CLEANFFU The group control system can control and monitor the operation of a large number of FFUs. It can control FFU start, stop, and speed, and monitor FFU status and faults
● Control terminals are available in various forms, including computers, touchscreens, and LCD displays.
· Supports three-level password protection to differentiate operator permissions. Provides a site layout viewer that intuitively displays FFU positions and statuses for easy identification. (Not supported on LCD displays)
● Scheduled tasks can be set to automatically control FFUs at specified times (PC only)
● System logs can be recorded to review historical operations and equipment fault information (PC only)
· Fast communication response speed: capable of querying the status of 3,000 FFUs per minute, with query speed increasing exponentially by adding communication interfaces
● AC and DC FFUs can be used together in a single system; the group control system provides a unified control interface
· Dual-control functionality is available: when a computer serves as the primary control terminal, a touchscreen LCD can be installed on-site as a secondary control terminal; both the computer and the secondary terminal can monitor and control the FFUs
· Under a two-tier bus structure, a primary bus can connect up to 254 routers, and each router can connect up to 254 FFUs, allowing for a maximum of 64,516 FFU devices
● The control terminal can interface with third-party systems such as fire protection and automation systems to exchange data or control the FFUs based on external input signals.
● Sensors for air velocity, pressure differential, and other parameters can be added to the system, and the data can be displayed and monitored on the control terminal.
● Customized functions can be added according to customer requirements.
