Product Characteristics
This product is made from imported polyester fiber filter media, featuring a three-dimensional, random-orientation structure created by interlacing fibers with different melting points. It is manufactured through processes such as needling, bonding, and hot-melting. The product offers a variety of characteristics, including tight fiber bonding, high tear resistance, minimal fiber shedding, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and elastic recovery.
Widely used in bag-type, panel-type, pleated, and spiral-wound filters, this product is suitable for pre-filtration in central air conditioning and centralized ventilation systems, as well as for pre-filtration in large air compressors and clean return air systems.

Product Introduction
Filter pads or filter rolls can be cut to fit the dimensions of the air outlet and installed directly into it. The air-facing side is typically white but can be customized in colors such as blue, green, or yellow. After treatment, they become washable. With a mesh backing on one side and a paper tube inserted into the roll core, they can be used in automatic roll-type filter units.
